Set a realistic target for yourself
Make up your mind to take off excess weight by healthy eating.
Diet should contain at least 1200 calories a day, if it is not being medically supervised.
Make sure your diet is balanced and contains vitamins, minerals and proteins.
Before starting any programme ,consult your doctor.
Don't concentrate on getting rid of excess fat by adopting to starvation, surgery, liposuction or harmful drugs ;
Instead adopt healthy eating habits ,regular exercise.
