Febrile seizures, Heat stroke, delirium all due to fever, need rapid lowering of fever by bath or sponging
Prevent dehydration at all costs as, it may require intravenous fluids

Febrile seizures.( fits due to any fever in children less than 5 yrs)-Lower fever with bath , sponging. Do not give any thing orally. Clean mouth of secretions, prevent tongue biting by inserting cloth on side. Call doctor. Give 'campose'-diazepam, per rectally if already trained by doctor. |

| Unconscious patient: Nil orally, maintain airway, call doctor. |

Dehydration with fever: Give ORS (Oral rehydration therapy) if no vomiting, immediately seek medical help if vomiting also present. |
|
| Hemorrhagic rashes .Do not panic, report to doctor immediately. |
|
|
Bleeding from nose due to high fever. Press nasal septum for 10 minutes, Breathe through mouth and spit out any blood through mouth. Control fever simultaneously. |
